SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes the available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs when placing an order with Chic & Clicks.
1) Shipping destinations
We ship:
Across Greece, including all Greek islands.
To countries within the European Union (EU).
2) Order processing
Orders are processed on the same day, provided they are placed by 16:00 (Greece time).
Orders placed after 16:00 or outside business days will begin processing on the next business day.
Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding official holidays).
Processing time refers to the preparation of your order. Delivery time refers to transport by the courier.
3) Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and the courier.
Within Attica (Happy Courier): same-day up to 3 business days.
Rest of Greece (ACS): approximately 2 to 6 business days (depending on area/island).
European Union (DHL): delivery time varies by country.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is completed within 30 calendar days.
4) Shipping costs
Greece:
Free shipping on all orders within Greece.
Cash on delivery (Greece only): optional at checkout with an additional charge of +€3.
European Union (DHL):
€12 for orders up to €349.99.
Free shipping for orders of €350 and above.
No customs duties apply within the EU.
5) Courier companies
Shipments are carried out via:
Happy Courier (Within Attica)
ACS (Rest of Greece)
DHL (EU countries)
In exceptional cases (e.g., operational reasons), a different provider may be used to ensure smoother delivery.
6) Shipment tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
7) Damaged parcel / wrong item
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the packaging and the product to storechicandclicks@gmail.com, so we can assist you promptly.
8) Incorrect details / non-delivery / failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details (name, address, phone number, email).
If:
shipping details are incorrect/incomplete, or
the recipient is unavailable and does not respond to communications (from us and/or the courier),
and the shipment is returned, then:
any reshipping costs and/or new shipping charges are borne by the customer.
9) Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, unforeseen events). In any case, we will do our best to keep you informed.
