Return & Refund Policy

This Policy describes the terms for withdrawal, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases from Chic & Clicks.


1) 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are acting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery:

by email at storechicandclicks@gmail.com, or

by phone at +30 694 771 4443.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the products must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day you informed us.


2) Return conditions

To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be returned in excellent condition, without signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection/trying on (as would be done in a physical store), with tags/labels where applicable, and with all accessories and the original packaging.

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection/trying on, a diminished value may apply.

Important – Garment extras:
With every garment purchase, we provide:

a protective zip garment cover, and

a complimentary leather card holder.

When returning a garment, the included items (cover + complimentary card holder) must also be returned in excellent condition. If they are not returned, an appropriate amount may be deducted from the refund due to diminished value.


3) How to return (process)

To start a return:

Contact us (email or phone) within 14 days of delivery, and include:

your order number,

full name,

the item(s),

whether you want an exchange or a refund.

 

Then, there are two return options (always after coordinating with us):

Courier pickup from your address (we will coordinate with the courier), or

Drop-off at your nearest courier partner point.

4) Return shipping cost

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the cost depends on the courier/service used.


5) Exchanges (size/color)

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping costs related to an exchange (return and/or reshipment) are paid by the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective item.


6) Refunds

If the return conditions are met, refunds are issued within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

What amount is refunded

For a full order return, we refund the value of the returned products and, where applicable, the basic outbound shipping cost charged on the original order.

For a partial return, we refund the value of the returned products.

Return shipping costs are not refunded, as they are paid by the customer.


7) Sale items / Promotions

We accept returns/exchanges for discounted items as well, under the same terms of this Policy.


8) Wrong item / issue on delivery

If you receive the wrong item or notice an issue at delivery, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) at storechicandclicks@gmail.com, and include photos where needed, so we can assist you promptly.

Your legal consumer rights regarding defective/non-conforming goods are not affected by this Policy.
